The following menu items are priced to serve 25-30
people with very generous portions.  Plates, napkins
and utensils are included.

Checks, cash, Mastercard/Visa/Discover/AMX are
accepted.   All orders over $150 must pay 50% of the
bill 7 days prior to party date.  Park Street is open 7

                      MENU

SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP:  A homemade rich
cheesy blend of cheeses, spices, spinach and
artichokes.   A favorite of patrons in the park, served
with tortilla chips.  $55

NINE LAYER DIP:  Nine layers of spicy refried beans,
sour cream infused with spices, guacamole, lettuce,
tomato, green onion, cheddar cheese, black olives
and jalapenos. Served with crispy tortilla chips. $50

HUMMUS AND BLACK BEAN PLATTER:  Homemade
hummus rich in flavor, black bean dip with a touch of
garlic, served with kamklata olives and warm pita.

FRESH SALSA:  Hours of chopping produce this
tavern favorite.  This fresh Pico De Gallo style salsa
can be made mild or as spicy as you can handle.  It is
served with a ton of chips…because you cannot stop
eating it! $45

MINI-SANDWICH:  3  Bite sandwiches,
Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham, provolone, cheddar or
Swiss, lettuce and tomato on top.  Any mix or an
assortment of them all.  Also try homemade, slow
cooked pork Bb-q and slaw.  $60

LINDIE’S WRAPS:  You pick the ingredients, I’ll wrap
them.  Favorite combinations: Turkey, bacon,
avocado, provolone and lettuce, with herb dressing.  
The Italian: cappicola ham, salami, pepperoni,
provolone, lettuce, tomato and red onion.  The
Veggie: roasted red pepper, provolone, feta, black
olives, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and red onion. A
tray (over 60 wraps) Mix and match as you wish.

MINI CALZONES:  Thin crust, stuffed with capacola
ham, pepperoni and mozzarella, sprinkled with fresh
grated Parmesan, baked until golden brown.  Served
with dipping sauce. $80


CHICKEN SKEWERS:  So tasty! Jamaican Jerk,
Buffalo, BBQ, Teryaki or Asian with peanut sauce, the
chicken is marinated and tender.  Mix and match or
just order one!  $7

FRUIT SKEWERS:  seasonal fruit:  Melon, pineapple,
grapes, strawberries, kiwi or mango, skewered on a
stick for easy nibbling and served with a raspberry
yogurt fruit dip. $

ITALIAN SKEWERS:  Mozzarella, salami, cheese
tortellini, black olives and grape tomatoes, soaked in

CHEESE TRAY:  Cubed Colby jack, Cheddar and
Pepper Jack, Swiss and Muenster  . Salami and
Pepperoni with an assortment of gourmet crackers.

VEGGIE TRAY: A heaping helping of carrots, celery,

SHRIMP COCKTAIL:  Delicious shrimp steam in bass
beer, chilled and served on ice with spicy cocktail
sauce.  $15 per lb

MINI SLIDERS:
 Premium Ground beef mixed with bacon
and cheddar cheese, served on a bun with
pickle!  60 sliders per order.  $75

REUBEN ROLLS:
 Homemade pizza dough rolled around slow cooked
Corn-beef, Swiss cheese,
spicy mustard and sauerkraut.  Not just good for St.
Patties Day! This is a Tavern Favorite!  $70

MEATBALLS:  10 lbs of all beef slow cooked
meatballs, you pick the sauce. Bb-q, Sweet and Sour,
Swedish or chipotle.  $55

PULLED PORK or BEEF BB-Q:
 A tangy BB-Q sauce smothers this slow cooked
tenderloin which is roasted for over 8 hours then torn
apart.  Buns on the side. $75

TWICE-BAKED REDSKINS:
    Baby Reds, filled with bacon, cheddar and sour
cream. Baked to perfection.  Serve as a side or an
appetizer. $60

DESSERT PLATTER:
 All Homemade...an taste tested  by the experts!  
Chocolate Ganache over rich chocolate cake, topped
with a fresh raspberry.  Lemon bars, tart and dusted
with powdered sugar. Fresh strawberries dipped in
chocolate or my personal favorite, pretzel rods dipped
in chocolate. Apricot glazed fruit in mini cups.  
BUCKEYE’s (just in case you are from out of state,
peanut butter fudge dipped in chocolate) or
Mini cream puffs filled with custard and drizzled with
chocolate.  Any 3 for $75 (30 pieces of each)

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN: Warm dark chocolate runs
freely with everything but the kitchen sink to dip in it.
Marshmallows, vanilla wafers, pretzel rods,
strawberries, bananas, and any other seasonal fruit I
can get my hands on!!  Unforgettable chocolate bliss
